ACTT combines strength, plyometrics, aerobics and anaerobic training, strongman training, agility training,and sprint training. ACTT routines are custom-designed with different training goals in each workout.
Each training routine focuses on different training goals. The routines focus on improving the participants' mental toughness, muscular endurance, muscular power, as well as anaerobic and aerobic capacity.
